On the 1st of July 2022, the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 will celebrate its first year of entry into application. People/ Patients/ 3rd parties are becoming more aware – and this means that our members and practices must ensure that they are compliant.
To mark the occasion, we are having this update session with Adv Marais with all practices who have completed their POPIA frameworks and subsequent to this engagement, the office shall be issuing the Certificate of Compliance for each participating practice.
